You also have the option for us to use Screen Sharing for phone meetings. This will let you SEE step-by-step how we fixed a problem and/or how to manage a feature in the future. This makes fixes much faster and helps you learn to make those changes again later yourself.

How much does it cost?
All of our professional services are $50.00 per hour, in 15 minute increments. After your FREE 30 minute trial, WordPress Support can be purchased in blocks of 2 hours for $100. See our Terms of Service for more information.
How quickly will you respond to me?
Emails will get a guaranteedresponse within 1 business day, but it’s usually much faster. For phone meetings, you are free to call anytime during from 9-5 Eastern Time. We will get back to you quickly if we are not available when you call. We also might be able to help you off hours and over the weekend if available.
