What is WordPress Support?
It’s what you need it to be. I’m an expert in every aspect of building and managing WordPress websites and can help with anything you need. You can either email questions or schedule a time to talk on the phone. Whatever is causing you headaches, I know how to help.
You also have the option for us to use Team Viewer for phone meetings, which allows you to share your screen with me. This will let you SEE step-by-step how we fixed a problem and/or how to manage a feature in the future. Using this system is generally far more effective than without.

How much does it cost?
All of my professional services are regularly $75.00 per hour, in 15 minute increments. After your 30 minute trial for $30, WordPress Support can be purchased by the hour. See our Terms of Service for more information about how I record the time spent on your account.
How quickly will you respond to me?
I guarantee a response within 1 business day, but it’s usually much faster. For phone meetings, I generally need at least one business day notice to schedule your call.
